I called over the phone for price info on install of new tire 205/55/16 he said 35 I said 30$ he insulted me and hangup on me lolz wow this 2026 .. guess what Ai navigated me to another shop with better deal

the guy acted like I knew his pay grade or asked him how much the service was to remove a a few bolts on my tire that were stripped and said they will give him 50 dollars to work 10 hours and got made at me saying nobody is going to work on it. all this after I asked another worker to confirm that they can do the job. Started talking trash to the other folks about my business there. Rude and disrespectful. He didn’t want to work told me to go somewhere else so i will. Never again over there

Called and asked if they had a tire I could buy because I just got a flat and they said they had one left and to come by. He said he had lunch and to give him half an hour. By the time I fixed my spare tire and arrived it was way beyond that time. I treat everyone with kindness and respect so when my first interaction is met with unpleasantness that’s already a bad sign. Doesn’t even sound like the person I spoke with over the phone. He started going on about this person called and that person called, and this person has been waiting etc. None of which I cared to know. My only confusion is why would you tell me you have the tire I needed and to come in and not to worry because you closed at “430” just to immediately turn me away when I arrive? I use my car for work and I live using my car for work so it’s important I get it fixed ASAP. I come in a second time to see if I can just buy the tire and he gets even more upset. Saying he’s on lunch. I was given no direction on who to speak to and he seemed to know it all so I went to him first. I did not mean to harm anyone or make anyone upset I’m just in a middle of an emergency. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. Please just

No nonsense, low prices, fast service. I had a slow leak, a previous tire plug was not holding. They tried patching it from the inside but the patch would not hold against the sidewall/edge of tread. They were willing to let me leave with the slow leak without charge but offered to replace the individual tire or all four. I was going to try and limp it through before shopping for all new tires as these already had 60K on them, their price and speed made it worthwhile to get four new tires. It was like watching an Indy pit crew. I was in and out within 35 minutes in the middle of the day. Very personable owner, it was a pleasure doing business.

Tire bad from dry rot, no repairs made. Was gonna tip for the help, but ended up getting charged for tire removal and reinstall -- I could've put it back on myself, literally not hard 😔🤷♂️ disappointed
